Next Level Global, 2018-2019

At the conclusion of Next Level’s 2018—2019 cycle, artists from each of the residency countries are invited to the United States to participate in a wide range of workshops, panel discussions, jam sessions, and public performances. They arrive in Washington, D.C. for a State Department overview and the chance to visit historical sites. They then travel to New York City, where they will meet and receive coaching from Next Level alumni who are engaged with the U.S. hip hop scene. Team Global will spend a full week in both Washington, D.C. and New York, seeing the city and taking in its culture.
