Observe how summer camps organize activities, train and recruit staff, and provide psychological and educational assistance to children;
Visit camps and organizations that promote Russian language programs and cultural exchanges between Russia and the United States; and
Develop mechanisms and models to advance youth engagement, leadership, and civic participation.
