The project examined prevention and support programs for At-Risk Youth, highlighted support services and re-entry programs for youth who have been incarcerated, and explored partnerships between schools and state/local government to address behaviors that can lead to delinquency and gang involvement. The group visited Washington, DC, Jacksonville, San Diego, and Detroit.
