D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray took part in the series’ second program, discussing the role of local government in addressing the main challenges faced by D.C. residents. Mayor Gray also explained how local officials partner with foreign diplomats to help foster a sense of community among the diverse cultures within the Washington metropolitan area.
