The YLAI Professional Fellows Program provides opportunities to expand upon the U.S.-based program, which creates mutually beneficial experiences that positively enhance both YLAI Fellows' and Fellowship Hosts’ careers and businesses or organizations. The following alumni opportunities are currently open to YLAI 2017 Fellows: Innovation Stipends, Travel Stipends, Virtual Exchanges, and Reverse Exchanges.
The YLAI Professional Fellows Reverse Exchange Program provides opportunities to expand the YLAI Professional Fellowship, which creates mutually beneficial experiences that positively enhance both YLAI Fellows' and U.S. Fellowship Hosts’ businesses or organizations. The YLAI Reverse Exchange provides U.S. Fellowship Hosts the opportunity to travel to Latin America or the Caribbean to continue professional collaboration with YLAI Fellows, expand professional networks, and develop strategic partnerships.
YLAI Innovation Stipends provide fellows an opportunity to scale up their business or organization or collaborate nationally or regionally on issues related to entrepreneurship. These stipends could fund activities including, but not limited to, the following:

YLAI Fellows receiving Travel Stipends will use the funds to support travel to a national, regional, or global conference related to the fellow’s industry. This will allow for further network development and representation in diverse communities. The YLAI Entrepreneurship Institute will continue through online discussions and networking opportunities to encourage interaction between YLAI alumni, host institutions, and Fellowship Hosts. Meridian will encourage YLAI alumni to invite colleagues and community members to attend online sessions.
