Winston Laville is the co-founder and CEO of LCP Industries which is a fully mechanical and automated farming enterprise that commercially produces onions and ther produce. The company also engages in the training of vulnerable youths within agriculture with a special focus on commercial onion production. Winston was named the Best Economic Entrepreneur at the Caribbean Innovation Challenge in 2013. He was also named a Talent and Innovation Finalist and received Antigua and Barbuda's Young Entrepreneur Award. He has a BS in Accounting.
