Veronica Araujo graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. During her undergraduate years, she worked with The Sacred Heart Center, where she tutored adult learners through elementary and secondary Spanish literacy education. More recently, she has interned with Laura Thomson for the James River Soil and Water Conservation District at which she gained lobbying experience to secure program funding. She has previous experience providing English-Spanish translation and interpretation.
