Titania (“Tania”) Jazynka has over six years of working in U.S. Department of State international exchanges. She joined the GlobalConnect division as an Associate Program Officer in May 2015 to organize and implement educational and professional exchange programs addressing all regions of the world on topics such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education, international diplomacy, women’s empowerment, and entrepreneurship. Tania moved to GlobalConnect after spending three years as a Program Associate in the Professional Exchanges Division and worked on programming, logistics, and finances for the International Visitor Leadership. Prior to joining Meridian, she worked as the 2012 National Meeting Assistant at the National Council for International Visitors (now Global Ties U.S.). Tania has also worked with Hands Along the Nile Development Services in Arlington, Virginia, coordinating programs for U.S.-Egyptian exchanges and development projects, the Advising Office at the AMIDEAST Cairo Office, and the Office of Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo. She has an M.A. in International Education from American University and is proficient in French.
