"In my experience, the workload of the diplomats has remained same, but, due to pandemic, we have been forced to find new ways to work and speak with people and also to build the relations between capitals.

The pandemic has also brought colleagues from different embassies closer together. We have established new discussion groups using platforms like WhatsApp and Signal; we share more information and organize virtual meetings jointly. I do hope these relations and groups will continue to exist even when we go back to normal."
