Sienna Girgenti is Director of the Meridian Center for Diplomatic Engagement at Meridian International Center, where she leads the institution’s strategy and programming to strengthen engagement between the international diplomatic community and U.S. leaders across government, business, and civil society.

In this role, Sienna oversees Meridian’s diplomatic program portfolio and flagship convenings, designing experiences that bring ambassadors, senior officials, and global leaders together to exchange perspectives on critical international issues. She directs the Center’s diplomatic engagement strategy and works closely with embassies and senior diplomats to position Meridian as a trusted, nonpartisan platform for dialogue and collaboration in Washington, DC.

Sienna brings more than 16 years of experience designing and executing high-level international convenings, leadership programs, and cross-sector exchanges. Her work has ranged from leading congressional delegations abroad to facilitating intimate retreat-style gatherings and global forums across multiple countries. She has extensive experience working with ambassadors, senior government officials, and Fortune 500 leaders to create meaningful spaces for dialogue and partnership.

Before joining Meridian, Sienna held leadership roles in international programming, global Jewish leadership initiatives, and nonprofit event strategy, producing major conferences, policy dialogues, and leadership exchanges across the United States and internationally. Her work focuses on the power of convening to strengthen relationships, surface new ideas, and drive collaborative solutions to global challenges.

She holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
