Sienna Girgenti is a mission-driven relationship builder and program strategist. In her current role as Director of the Meridian Center for Diplomatic Engagement, Sienna is responsible for the design and execution of high-quality, high-impact programs dedicated to strengthening and accelerating collaboration between the international diplomatic corps and the U.S. public and private sectors.
Sienna previously served as Managing Director at Scott Circle Events where she collaborated with principals on operational strategies and directed the end-to-end lifecycle of convenings for a portfolio of nonprofit clients. Prior to her tenure at Scott Circle Events, Sienna held positions across sectors, including roles at an international nonprofit, within the U.S. government, and a foreign embassy, through which she oversaw dozens of special functions annually—including VIP delegations, immersive intergenerational exchanges abroad, fundraising and business development events, and policy conferences—driving meaningful impact through advocacy, education, and storytelling.
In addition to her work at Meridian, Sienna consults privately for the Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture, where she supports program development and network engagement for a global network of over 1,300 alumni of the Foundation’s flagship Nahum Goldmann Fellowship and their post-fellowship involvement.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Sienna graduated with honors from the American University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
