Rubenilson Cerqueira is the Co-Founder of Galt Vestibulares, a non-profit organization with a mission to provide free and high-quality preparatory classes for low-income students wanting to take the university admission test. He is a researcher in education, a social entrepreneur, and a consultant, and was previously the Assistant Manager at the CAPES Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education, a program run by Brazil’s Ministry of Education. Rubenilson has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. He has a Master’s in Development, Society, and Public Policy from the University of Brasília, where he is also a PhD candidate in Education.
