Quamme Joseph is the founder of Blue Bay International, an out-sourcing call center in Saint Georges, Grenada. Quamme is the author of the motivational book, "The Power of a Dream." He has worked at the National Commercial Bank of Grenada and served as president and CEO of Caribbean Flavours Ltd. He is also the director of Little New York store and Citern Seafood International. In 2008, Quamme was awarded for his outstanding accomplishments by the Prime Minister of Grenada and two years later was nominated by the Ministry of Youths & Sports for the National Youth Award.
