Nodira Meliboeva currently serves as a Program Officer with the Meridian Center for Global Leadership.
Prior to joining the Meridian, Nodira was part of the Europe and Central Asia Education Global Practice with the World Bank Group. She supported Uzbekistan’s education portfolio and oversaw the implementation of lending operations at the Word Bank Country Office.
Previously, Nodira worked at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent where she implemented U.S. Department of State-funded projects and exchange programs aimed to provide professional development opportunities for English teachers.
Nodira has a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language from Gulistan State University.
