YLAI Professional Fellows Program, Class of 2016

Nikolai Elneser is an Urban Planner from the Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela. Currently, he works at Caracas Mi Convive, an NGO dedicated to promoting networks between community leaders and social organizations to prevent violence in informal settlements. They currently work in more than 25 communities of Caracas, carrying out violence prevention workshops, identifying hotspots, and planning community-driven activities to prevent violence.
