YLAI Professional Fellows Program, Class of 2016

Nelicia Adams is the Founder and Director of Caribbean Youth Development Network (CYDN), an NGO focused on the individual and collective development of young people within Trinidad and Tobago. They place an emphasis on the development of emotional intelligence and teamwork through theatre arts, dance, and sporting initiatives. Nelicia is a human resources professional with extensive experience in management, corporate training, and organizational development. Prior to focusing her creative energies on CYDN, she was employed as a Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs where she was instrumental in the implementation of the first National Youth Policy. Nelicia has an MBA and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of the West Indies.
