Morgan Quijano is an IVLP Program Officer in the Meridian Center for Global Leadership. He comes to Meridian from IREX where he served as a Program Officer on the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (FTEA) program.  He previously worked at George Washington University as a Senior Academic Adviser and Adjunct Faculty in the Elliott School of International Affairs where he advised students, coordinated study abroad opportunities, and co-chaired the Elliott School Diversity and Inclusion Council. Morgan holds an MA in International Affairs from GW, where he specialized in Security and Development, as well as a BS in Education and BA in Latin American Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
