Monique Lemos is the Co-Founder of UP (Universe of Possibilities), a knowledge sharing community that allows people from different areas to share their professional experiences in order to support young people in their career choices. Monique is also a partner of SER, an enterprise that aims to promote positive impact solutions. She is also one of the individuals responsible for NOSSA, an innovation hub that brings together social entrepreneurs to develop their projects. Monique has been an active member of Salvador’s entrepreneurship community. In 2014 she co-founded the new University Entrepreneurship League; in 2015 she was selected by the World Economic Forum as a member of their young Global Shapers Program. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).
