Miguel Angel Falconi is the Founder and CEO of ARCIS, an Ecuadorian company that provides professional development trainings for young executives. ARCIS challenges the traditional education system by integrating the concepts of education, technology, entertainment, role-playing, and inspirational experiences within their training programs and conferences. Miguel has previously taught courses in the Humanities at Balandra Southern Cross High School and in Business at the non-profit organization IDEPRO. He has a Master’s degree in Neurolinguistic Programming from the International Society of NLP.
