Michelle Guimarães is the founder of Fora da Caixa, a consulting company focused on customer service management and small business development. Its new project Visit Manaus is a tourism platform that helps visitors and promotes local tourism businesses. She is one of the founders of Amazonas State Young Entrepreneurs Association, which serves individuals between the ages of 18 and 40 who are running their own businesses. She is also a member of the Council of the National Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, which has 36,000 members in the country. Michelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, a post-graduate degree in Business Management from the Universidade Gama Filho and ten years of experience in marketing and sales.
