Megan Darlington currently works as a Senior Program Coordinator in the Meridian Center for Global Leadership, where she supports the Department of State’s Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Student Leaders from Europe. Prior to joining Meridian, she worked at the Women’s Foreign Policy Group, where she managed the mentoring and career development programming, oversaw the organization’s internship program, and supported a wide range of global issues events. Her previous professional experience includes editing and project coordination for digital learning programs at Avallain; providing event support and research assistance at the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute; and as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at the Perm National Research Polytechnic University in Perm, Russia. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures from Indiana University in 2017. She speaks Russian and some German.
