Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Matthew Blocher is CoStar Group’s Vice President of Marketing & Communications with overall responsibility for all integrated marketing and communications strategies for CoStar Group, CoStar and LoopNet. Prior to joining CoStar Group, for over 14-years, Mr. Blocher served as a Senior Vice President at JBG SMITH, a leading, multi-billion dollar, mixed-use commercial investment and development firm in the metro Washington, DC. In his previous role, for brands across all spectrums, he fueled profitability and communications for consumers, investors, partners and employees. Mr. Blocher holds a B.S. in Business Management & Marketing and holds executive leadership positions with two DC-based non-profit organizations.
