Martha handles data resources across Meridian. She identifies opportunities for organizational process improvement and information sharing to promote thoughtful data analysis and discussion as key insights. Martha is a graduate of American University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology. She started working with data management at the Smithsonian Institution where she codified department research from archaeology expeditions. She was introduced to outcomes based software at Water Collective, an international clean water non-profit, where she analyzed the success of community driven clean water projects. Most recently she comes from Social Solutions where she worked to measure, evaluate, and improve the success of the human services software for nonprofit customers serving at risk populations.
