María Ximena Cedielis the Founder of Distrito Cafetal, which develops food products using local ingredients from organic farms. Distrito Cafetal has over 40 coffee and ice cream products that it distributes to eight clients. María previously worked as an Educator at the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) and as a Manager at Productos Ramo. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy from La Salle University.
