Manuel Peña cofounded Ojo de Pez, an advertising agency, in 2005. He also founded Periferia, a public relations agency. Since then, he has founded several additional startups: Parámetro, which deals with Credit Sales; Teo, a web, mobile, and logistics platform; Dínamo, which deals with corporate events; and Agroganadera Las Lomas. Ojo de Pez won Ad Agency of the Year in Paraguay in 2012, and has won 3 grand prix in the Tatakua for Advertising Awards. Manuel was chosen as the Young Businessman of the Year in 2012 by the ADEC (Asociación de Empresarios Cristianos). He is currently serving as Vice President for the Asociación Paraguaya de Agencias de Publicidad. Manuel graduated from the Boston University School of Management in 2003
