Luz Delgado is the Founder and CEO of Lucci, a company dedicated to the manufacture and trading of sweet low-calorie sugar-free confectionery products. These products are catered towards Peruvian consumers who cannot consume sugar due to diabetes, obesity, or other conditions. Lucci seeks to improve their quality of life by offering a healthy product. Currently, it has a line of sweet sugar-free chocolates. The business promotes fair trade by purchasing from cocoa smallholders. Luz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya. She is a member of AMEP, an Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Peru.
