"Crea Mujer" has successfully contributed to the economic empowerment of 165 women by providing them with tools and knowledge to start their own businesses and make informed decisions about their careers. Participants learned about accounting, emotional management, the power of mobile devices and time management. The main drivers were associativity, collaboration, and relationships with other entrepreneurs, linking to value chains and the ecosystem, family support, and the valuation of the work of female entrepreneurs, highlighting that "feminine" characteristics are key in the new economy. The project worked with 165 women with the intention of starting their own businesses or whose ventures were in very early stages and guided them through a series of in-person and virtual sessions. The goal of the project was to decrease the mortality rate of new businesses by bridging knowledge and skills gaps.
