Kristin Solheim joined ICI in March 2023 and serves as the Senior Government Affairs Officer.

Solheim brings over 20 years of government affairs experience to this position and a vast network on
Capitol Hill and in the Administration, having managed legislative issues and Democratic outreach in
her private sector roles.

Most recently, she was a director at Citi, where she managed issues such as credit card and retail bank,
digital assets, trade, cybersecurity, and climate policy. Prior to Citi, Kristin was a lead democrat at Visa
and earlier in her career she worked at FedEx, handling a variety of legislative issues.

Kristin is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a master’s degree in journalism.
