Konstantin Nevzorov is of Ukrainian descent and lives in Kazakhstan. He is a food engineer, economist, a member of the National Scientific Board, a Food Committee Member and Coordinator of the Citizen Diplomatic Club of Astana Kazakhstan.
This project helped women who have been arriving in Kazakhstan since early 2022 look for opportunities to expand networks and grow businesses. It connected Ukrainian women in the agriculture, food, and restaurant business to networking opportunities within Kazakhstan. Konstantin collaborated with two other IVLP Impact Awardees during the project. Twelve volunteer groups, 9 new businesses, and 12 new jobs were created to help participants kickstart their new lives in Kazakhstan.
Konstantin participated in the IVLP Project Developing Agricultural Statistics and Commodity Markets, organized by the U.S. Department of State and Cultural Vistas, in partnership with GlobalAustin, Lincoln Council for International Visitors, World Affairs Council of World Affairs Council of St. Louis, and the U.S. Department of State Office of International Visitors program branch in New York City.
Konstantin's exchange experience led to the development of his IVLP Impact Award Project: "People are the main form of capital, so networking is important from the start."
