Katherin Victoria Heras Salazar is the Co-Founder of WIPHALA +, a social organization that seeks to use education for
development projects related to human rights, gender, and interculturalism. WIPHALA + uses art and culture as transformational tools to help vulnerable communities develop the skills necessary for sustainable development. Katherin has previously worked in research and development at YUPAQ S.A.C and has experience in the nonprofit sector through service with ADECA, DEMUS, Andean Commission of Jurists, Amnesty International, and Ashanti Peru. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Cajamarca.
