Kate Beale

Kate Beale is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Meridian International Center, bringing more than 20 years of experience in government, business, and international development. She has led initiatives across Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the U.S., with expertise in healthcare, trade, commercial diplomacy, and leadership development. Kate previously served as Managing Director at Crowell Global Advisors and as Associate Vice President of International Advocacy at PhRMA, where she led programs on market development, regulatory policy, and global health challenges. She also held senior leadership roles across government and Capitol Hill, directing strategy, congressional relations, and major international programs.  Kate began her career in Washington as a legislative staff in the U.S. Senate.  Kate is a returned Peace Corps volunteer and graduated from Boston University.  Kate lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two sons.
