Josymar Rodriguez is the Director and Co-Founder of Incursiones, a social initiative and architecture studio based in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2014, Incursiones was created to promote interactions between the city and its inhabitants. The initiative aims to reveal new ways to approach the design of public space and how people think about their cities. Before Incursiones, Josymar worked in private architecture firms and art platforms and received several awards for architectural competitions. She has a professional degree in Architecture from the Universidad Simon Bolivar. She also has a Diploma in Design and Social Innovation from Prodiseño and Universidad Católica Andres Bello.
