Joseline Sithole is an enterprise development consultant and a research executive. She is a strong advocate for women's enterprises and believes in promoting institutional capacity building for Small to Medium Enterprises and Institutions.
Through four workshops on leadership, risk management, and communications, the project empowered Women's Savings Clubs in the Mutasa District of Manicaland Province and enhanced their organizational behavior and enterprise development. The 85 women who participated in the workshop were able to transfer their knowledge to other Women's Savings Clubs who could not participate in the program. This resulted in them agreeing to form a larger grouping of savings clubs that will enable them to access more trainings and funding opportunities together.
Rosa was a participant in the IVLP Project Entrepreneurship as the Engine of Prosperity and Stability - Small Business Development organized by the U.S. Department of State and Meridian International Center, in partnership with Global New Orleans, Global Ties Idaho, and Global Ties San Francisco.
Rosa's exchange experience led to the development of her IVLP Impact Award Project: "IVLP has enabled me to dream bigger so as to impact communities."
