Jenny Whitehead is the Founder of El Mercadito de Lola, a sustainable farm-to-table restaurant. With the mission of
"conscious feeding," El Mercadito de Lola grows crops and raises animals to produce products with better nutritional value. The restaurant seeks to provide a space for visitors to disconnect from their routine while nourishing their bodies and souls. She previously worked as an Assistant Teacher at Project CHEF. Jenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
