Hernann Zabala Naoumov is the Co-Founder of EnerGea, a company that aims to reduce pollution and energy consumption in Bolivia through sustainable technology and upcycling projects. EnerGea’s projects include developing solar energy and LED products, creating waste-managing fluorescent tubes, and running STEM education programs for young Bolivians. Hernann previously worked as an Educator at the Universidad Tecnológica Boliviana and as a Lawyer for Tax Shelter Consultores. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and International Relations from the Escuela Europea de Negocios and an Associate’s degree in Law (Tax and Customs) from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
