Hernan Urbina is the co-manager and marketing director of IceBreak in Belize. IceBreak is a family-owned ice cream parlor and deli that provides traditional and exotic local flavors, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. IceBreak is one of the only family-oriented businesses catering to all ages as well as both locals and tourists. He hopes that his venture will provide a safe local spot for members of the community to congregate. He wants to franchise his business in the future. Hernan has a dual Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
