Gerardo Di Trolio is the founder of Grupo Di Trolio C.A. a company specializing in the production of re-closable zipper bags. In 2013, Gerardo founded his organization to provide high-quality packaging products, boost the local economy, and bring social benefits to the Venezuelan community. Gerardo trains his employees and economically supports them to further their education. He created a child sponsorship program that provides the employees' children with uniforms and books to help reduce school absences. Gerardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Simón Bolívar University in Venezuela and a Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas and Engineering from China University of Geosciences in China.
