Erick Ramirez is the founder and CEO of Corcovado Cerveceria Artesanal, a Costa Rican craft brewery whose main focus is to create paradigm-breaking beers. Erick has ten years of experience in manufacturing and service industries as an industrial engineer. Prior to starting Corcovado, he was in charge of process improvement and operations management for multinational companies in Costa Rica and Latin America. Erick has a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica (TEC) and is APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
