Emma Fenton is a Program Officer for the IVLP Collaborative Services team, where she facilitates the U.S. Department of State IVLP Impact Award. Before this role, she served as Manager and Special Project Coordinator and was an IVLP Program Associate supporting the International Visitor Leadership Program. Since joining in September 2018, Emma has worked on a variety of programs that have included the Secretary of State's International Women of Courage (IWOC) Award, the Women's Global Development and Prosperity (W-GDP) Initiative, and the Congress-Bundestag/Bundesrat Staff Exchange Program. She graduated in 2018 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a minor in Spanish. Her studies focused on politics and diplomacy, and she studied abroad in Costa Rica. She previously was an International Visitor Program/Protocol Intern for the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth.
