Elisa Muñoz is the founder of D’CUERO, an eCommerce startup that sells handmade leather shoes for men, a product made of 100% natural and chemical-free cowhide. The web platform helps Ecuadorian rural artisans to internationalize their product while supporting their socially and environmentally responsible practices. Elisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the Universidad del Azuay. She has been developing D’CUERO since 2015 and has also worked at Acudec, a local development agency in Cuenca. She previously worked at the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce.
