Cristell Montenegro founded Mundo de Sabores, the first ice cream parlor in San Rafael del Norte (SRN). The shop provides a recreational option and contributes to local development. In 2013, she was selected by the Organization of American States (OAS) as the winner of a scholarship to study for her MBA at ITESM in Mexico. Now, she is developing Coffee Lovers, the first coffee shop in SRN, because she wants to transform her society and create value for consumers, the community, suppliers, investors, and coworkers and also create a healthy lifestyle and environmental consciousness. Currently, she is working as a supervisor in the National Institute of Social Security. She previously worked in human resources at Lafise Bank and the Central Bank of Nicaragua.
