Charity Sam is the Founder and Managing Director of Phenomenal Girls Society, a girls’ leadership and empowerment organization. Phenomenal Girls Society provides young girls with mentors that help guide them to achieve personal and professional goals.  They also have an annual empowerment summer camp. Charity wrote a manual titled, “Minding Our Business: Domestic Violence in the Workplace” to help employers and human resources departments aid employees who are impacted by domestic violence. Charity has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the UWI Cave Hill Campus and an Associate’s degree in Business Management from the University of St. Martin.
