Celina Portillo is the Founder and Manager of Auténtico, a small food business in El Salvador. Auténtico provides catering services and focuses on locally-sourced produce and meals from scratch. She has previous managerial experience working for the Fundación Salvadoreña para la Salud y el Desarrollo and worked in Guest Services at Myers Park Country Club. She has a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in North Carolina.
