Ms. Beata Stylianos is the chief executive officer of Mission Critical Technologies (MCT), a high-tech research and development firm located in Silicon Valley and El Segundo, CA. Under Ms. Stylianos’ leadership, MCT has won acclaim for developing and implementing large-scale projects for the government, commercial and healthcare sectors. MCT’s clients include NASA, Nestlé, Toyota, Warner Bros., UCLA Health, Novant Health, Palo Alto Research Center and other global industry leaders. MCT has partnered with Google, Moon Express and USRA on projects and missions, as well. Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Stylianos served as Director of Government Affairs at MCT and helped launch the company’s government sector division which led to a mentor-protégé program. In her current role as CEO, Ms. Stylianos has established Corporate Social Responsibility as a key priority for MCT. She has funded scholarships for the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and the research work made significant contributions to CERN, the world’s largest and most respected center for scientific research. She supports multiple organizations focused on the advancement of women in technology and science which builds on the work that MCT has contributed in STEM. She was invited to attend the White House Summit on Working Families and a Summit on Mental Health in Washington, D.C.
