Arnab works for one of the leading international think-and-action-tanks, Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS) International. He started his career in the field of development research and has experience working with non-profit, government and private sector organizations. Arnab's core area of interest is trade and connectivity in the Indo-Pacific. He previously provided consultancy services to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India.
The project developed the capacity of more than 400 women and women-led micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in 6 districts in West Bengal to prevent and combat cyber threats. Six capacity building workshops were organized at the local level to raise awareness about cyber-crimes and help participants build the necessary toolkits to avoid them. Participants adopted cybersecurity practices such as only downloading things from trusted sources, and not accepting unknown friend requests on social media.
Arnab participated in the IVLP Project Promoting Cybersecurity in the Quad organized by the U.S. Department of State and Meridian International Center in partnership with Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy, Iowa International Center, International Institute of Wisconsin, and World Partnerships, Inc.
