Antonio Mendoza has extensive experience in information security, and he traveled to China on a scholarship to learn about satellite design as part of the Bolivian satellite project. He also worked for the Bolivian Space Agency. Antonio then co-founded EnerGea, a social enterprise aimed at increasing energy efficiency and developing related products. In 2014, EnerGea was named one of the winners of the Greenovators award sponsored by the IADB. They were recognized for their project aimed at developing LED lighting products locally. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, an MBA, and a Master's Degree in Solar Energy. Antonio teaches at Univalle University.
