Antigona Limani-Bejtullahi is a strategic marketing, management and sustainability consultant with more than 15 years of experience in different industries and companies in Kosovo. She currently is head of the marketing and public relations department in a bank and is responsible for sustainability management. She is also co-founder of consultancy company Be Consulted in Kosovo, and a board member in the CSR network.
Through two workshops, this project raised awareness about environmental and social sustainability for 37 businesses, NGOs, and government entities, providing a holistic approach to understanding ecological boundaries and social needs in Kosovo. Participants established strategic partnerships with key organizations such as the Kosovo CSR Network and BCC, fostering a collaborative approach to sustainability. The training courses addressed 14 sustainable development goals and inspired a shift towards more responsible and conscious business practices in Kosovo, benefiting the community and the environment.
Antigona participated in the IVLP Project The Impact of Civic Activism on Municipal Governance in the U.S., organized by the U.S. Department of State and the Mississippi Consortium for International Development.
Her exchange experience led her to develop her IVLP Impact Award Project: "Participating in the IVLP program was a transformative experience that ignited my passion for sustainable development and inspired my IVLP Impact Award project."
