Her earlier career includes senior roles as a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill, at the National Association of Broadcasters, and on multiple Democratic campaigns, as well as Finance Director at the DCCC under Congressman Rahm Emanuel.
Anne is a graduate of Pepperdine University, received a Master’s degree in Government and National Security from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School, and also holds a certificate in International Trade Policy from CSIS.
