André Dumont is a Project Optimization Professional for IBM and is a social entrepreneur for Projeto Soprar where he performs roles such as HR Director and Project Manager. Projeto Soprar aims to change a neighborhood in Campinas, a municipality in Sao Paulo State in Brazil, through basic education quality improvement. Before IBM, André worked as an intern in several industries like oil and gas, agroindustry, and biochemistry research. André has a technician degree in Biochemistry, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, and is currently pursuing a MBA in Project Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
