Alvaro Concha is the Founder and President of Hack Space Peru Association, a non-profit organization that spreads the hacker and maker culture among young people by organizing programs and activities. These young people now have access to new opportunities, and they are generating new initiatives and technology. He is a member of the planning team at FabLab at the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, and he has been involved in the administration of their Digital Manufacturing Laboratory. In 2015, he also worked as a Director at the Roberto Carcelen Foundation, an NGO that trains underprivileged youth with software development skills. Alvaro is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
